Garrett, our experienced insurance agent, brings over 10 years of industry knowledge. Licensed in property, casualty, life, and health, Garrett is your go-to expert. When he's not working, you can find him at home, working on projects and enjoying quality time with his wife Robyn, their two daughters, one son, and their lively bunch of 12 chickens. Garrett and Robyn love live music, motorcycle rides, camping, and exploring new adventures.

Meet Karen, our efficient Business Manager. She handles all things service and office-related. Licensed in property, casualty, life, and health, Karen ensures smooth operations. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, son, and their lovable dog. Exploring Minnesota, trying diverse cuisines, and traveling are some of their favorite activities.

Salana, our dedicated Customer Service Manager, takes care of service tasks, marketing/events, and social media. Licensed in property and casualty, she ensures outstanding customer experiences. In her free time, Salana enjoys gardening, kayaking, and exploring Minnesota with her boyfriend and their two furry companions.

Kim is a dedicated Customer Service Agent with a passion for ensuring that customers receive exceptional care. As a mother and grandmother, she understands the importance of family and community. Residing in Delano, Kim is committed to serving both her local area and the surrounding communities. In her personal time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and socializing, all while navigating the joys of an empty nest. When not working, Candace cherishes moments with her husband, three children, and their lovable dogs. They adore the outdoors and spend summers at their seasonal retreat. Candace also finds joy in reading, crafts, baking, and outdoor activities.

Jack is a dedicated Account Manager with a degree from Augustana University in Sioux Falls. He is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of both current and new State Farm customers.
